Description
Antibiotic injection. Contains penicillin G procaine,
penicillin G benzathine and Dihydrostreptomycin in
high concentrations. Aqueous suspension ready for
use.
Composition
Each 100 mL contains:
Penicilin G Procaine (1) 10.000.000

Penicilin G Benzathine (2) 10.000.000

Dihydrostreptomycin (Sulfato)* 20,00 g

Action
Broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic, which is particularly
effective agents against gram positive, some Gram-negative
aerobes, anaerobes, and certain species of spirochetes.
Indications
Broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic, which is particularly
effective agents against gram positive, some Gram-negative
aerobes, anaerobes, and certain species of spirochetes.
Indicated for the treatment of infections of the gastrointestinal
tract, urinary, respiratory, musculoskeletal, reproductive,
mastitis, clostridia infections, skin infections and
soft tissue.
Side effects
Misuse of product can cause the following side effects:
nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity and hypersensitivity reactions.
Contraindications and precautions
Do not administer in cases of hypersensitivity to the
active, advanced renal insufficiency, liver disease,
heart disease or injury cocleovestibulares.
Do not administer with bacteriostatic action of antibiotics,
sulphonamides and salicylates. Maintain standards of
hygiene for themselves the application of such products.
Shake the bottle before applying the product.
Avoid contact with the skin of the applicator.
In horses the dose is divided into 2 points of application.
Prefaena restriction period: 30 days in all species
for human consumption.
Do not use in horses intended for human food consumption.
Do not administer to dairy cows in production.

PRESENTATION
Bottles of 100 mL
DOSIFICATION
Cattle, horses, sheep, pigs and goats: 0.5 mL every 10 kg
of live weight. Canine and Feline: 0.05 mL per kg live
weight. (It is to administer 5000 IU of benzathine and penicillin
G procaine and 10 mg respectively. Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate
per kilogram of body weight). The dosage can be modified
according to the discretion of the Veterinary acting
INTERVAL BETWEEN DOSES
Every 72 hours in all species. In severe cases, when the
infection is installed repeat the dose at 48 hours.
DURATION OF TREATMENT
In general just 2 applications.
APPLICATION
Parenteral, intramuscular or deep subcutaneous.
